Energy audit of a total of 41 restaurants in Catalonia. This study has resulted in an average energy saving of 22% with an average return on investment of 3.26 years.

During the realization and visit of all the establishments, energy measurements of different types have been carried out in order to characterize each centre energetically and establish an energy cost ratio associated with all the products.
