Energy modeling of the set of buildings "la Fàbirca" for the dimensioning of a heat network with biomass boiler

The simulation consisted of the following phases:

• Geometric modeling of the set of buildings that form "La Fabrica".

• Operational characterization of the different buildings (hours of operation, occupation, temperature setpoints ...).

• Calculation of the simultaneous thermal demand of the buildings.

• Simulation of the simultaneous thermal demand of the buildings with advance of ignited in the buildings with more continuous use.

• Sizing of the boiler.

• Dynamic simulation of energy performance and annual consumption of the heat network.
