Complete project of the building, construction management, commissioning. The building consists of 167 houses, a public library and a service center for the elderly. The air conditioning is based on a system of geothermal wells combined with a radiant / cooling system for homes and air conditioners for public spaces (library and service center). It also consists of a photovoltaic installation of 23 kWp.
