Complete project of facilities for a high standing hotel in Castelló de Empúries. 

It is an eighteenth century building with more than 1000 m2 of surface that will be totally restored. 
This fact conditions the type of facilities designed, it has been necessary to minimize the visual impact of the different systems that form the building. The hotel consists of 7 rooms over 40 m2, restaurant, bar, Wellness center and gym. 

The hotel's air conditioning has been designed with a VRV system (variable volume) combined with a centralized ventilation system with two heat recovery boxes. 

The production of ACS will be made with the same heat pumps combined with a Hydrokit. This system will work in parallel with a solar thermal vacuum tube installation that will provide 70% of ACS's annual demand. 

A counting system (both electric and water) has been designed to inform customers of their energy consumption during their stay at the hotel.
